Refund Policy
Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing a subscription or starting a trial. By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this policy. If you do not agree to this Refund Policy, you must immediately stop using the Service and leave the website.
Trial Period Refund
We offer a 7-day trial period for a one-time fee of $0.99. If you are not satisfied with the Service during the trial period, you may request a refund of the trial fee before the trial period ends.
- Refund requests for the trial fee must be submitted before the 7-day trial period expires
- Once the trial period ends and your subscription converts to a paid monthly plan, the trial fee is no longer eligible for a refund

Subscription Charges -- Non-Refundable
Once your trial converts to a paid subscription at $49.99/month (or once you purchase any subscription plan directly), all subscription charges are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except as explicitly stated in this policy or as required by applicable law.
No refunds or credits will be issued for partial billing periods, unused time on your subscription, or downgrading your subscription plan.
Refund Eligibility (Limited Exceptions)
Beyond the trial period refund described above, we may offer a limited refund under the following specific conditions, at our sole discretion:
- Technical Issues: If you experience verifiable technical difficulties that prevent proper use of the Service and that our support team is unable to resolve. You must provide documented proof (e.g., screenshots or screen recordings) of the issue.
- Request Timeline: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the relevant charge and before your current subscription period ends
- Submission Process: Contact our support team at support@pdf-awesome.com with a detailed description of the issue
Each request will be individually reviewed, and approval is at the Company's sole discretion. If eligible, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want the Service or it did not meet your personal expectations
- Unawareness of Charges: If you were unaware of charges, including automatic renewals, the conversion of the trial period into a paid subscription, or recurring billing. All subscription terms, pricing, and auto-renewal information are clearly disclosed before purchase and in your Account settings.
- Failure to Cancel: If you failed to cancel your trial or subscription before the renewal date. Cancellation is available at any time through the Billing section in your Account settings (see "How to Avoid Future Charges" below).
- Usage of Service: If the Service has been accessed and used during the billing period in question
- Subscription Charges After Trial: All charges at the $49.99/month subscription rate once the trial period has ended and the subscription has converted
How to Avoid Future Charges
Self-Service Cancellation: You can cancel your trial or subscription at any time directly from the Billing section in your Account settings. Cancellation is instant, self-service, and does not require contacting customer support. Cancel at least 24 hours before your trial or billing period ends to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
If you cancel during your trial period, no further charges will be applied. If you cancel after your subscription has converted to a paid plan, you retain access for the remainder of the current billing period, but no refund or credit will be issued for the remaining time.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you wish to dispute a charge, we strongly encourage you to contact us first at support@pdf-awesome.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider. This allows us the opportunity to review your concern and attempt to resolve the issue directly.
Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider without first contacting us may result in the immediate termination of your Account at our sole discretion. If a chargeback is filed, your personally identifiable information may be shared with the payment processor to assist in responding to the dispute.
Fraudulent or improper chargebacks may result in a permanent ban from the Service and potential legal action to recover the disputed amount and associated costs.
EU Consumer Rights
For users in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days of your purchase without providing any reason and without incurring any costs.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision via email at support@pdf-awesome.com before the 14-day period expires. If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
However, if you have provided prior express consent to begin the performance of the Service during the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal, you will not be eligible for a refund for digital content that has already been delivered, and will only be entitled to a proportional refund for digital services, unless the Service is defective.
