Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel from your account settings at any moment. Your Pro access continues until the end of the billing period — no surprise charges.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
The Free plan is our trial — use all 23 tools with 10 tasks a day, forever, no card needed. When you need bigger tasks or unlimited usage, upgrade to Pro at $5/month or $48/year and cancel anytime.
What happens to my files after processing?
All uploaded files are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within 60 minutes of processing. We never store or access your document content.
Do you offer discounts for students or nonprofits?
Yes — we offer 50% off the Pro plan for verified students and registered nonprofits. Reach out to hello@pdf-awesome.com with proof of eligibility.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Absolutely. You can switch at any time from your account settings. Switching to annual is prorated so you only pay the difference.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and bank transfer for Business plans.
