IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING AUTOMATIC RENEWALS

This Service includes subscriptions that automatically renew. Please read these Subscription Terms carefully before starting a trial or completing a purchase.

To avoid being charged, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of your trial or current billing cycle through the Billing section in your Account settings.

If you do not cancel in time, your subscription will automatically renew and the applicable charges will be applied to your payment method on file.

These Subscription Terms govern your purchase and use of any subscription plans or paid services offered through https://pdf-awesome.com by PulsePoint Systems, LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

By subscribing to a plan on our website, you agree to abide by these Subscription Terms, as well as our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not purchase or use any subscription services and must leave the website immediately.

We reserve the right to review and amend these Subscription Terms at our sole discretion. Any updates will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon publication.

Trial Period

We offer a 7-day trial period for a one-time fee of $0.99. During the trial, you have full access to all premium features, allowing you to thoroughly evaluate our Service before committing to a monthly subscription.

How the Trial Works:

  • Pay $0.99 to start your 7-day trial with full access to all features
  • To avoid being charged, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends
  • If you do not cancel in time, your subscription will automatically convert to the monthly plan at $49.99/month
  • Trial fee refund: If you are not satisfied during the trial, you may request a refund of the $0.99 trial fee before the trial period ends
  • Once the trial converts to a paid subscription, the trial fee is no longer refundable and all subscription charges are non-refundable

Trial Eligibility: The trial offer is limited to one trial per customer. Each customer may only purchase one trial, regardless of the payment method used. Attempting to purchase multiple trials may result in cancellation of subsequent trials without refund.

Subscription Plans

We currently offer the following subscription option:

  • Monthly Plan: $49.99/month — billed monthly, cancel anytime

We may introduce additional subscription plans in the future. Any new plans and their terms will be displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the current period ends. The renewal rate will match your current plan rate unless we notify you of a change in advance.

Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in United States Dollars (USD). Applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) may be added to your total based on your location and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Payment will be charged to the payment method provided at the time of purchase, upon confirmation. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge all applicable fees to your submitted payment method.

You consent to the use of a payment retry mechanism in connection with subscription renewals. If a renewal payment attempt fails due to insufficient funds, expired card details, or other processing issues, we may make additional attempts to process the renewal using the same payment method. If all payment attempts fail, your subscription may be suspended or canceled, and access to the Service will be restricted until a valid payment method is provided or a new subscription is purchased.

Cancellation

Easy Self-Service Cancellation: You can cancel your trial or subscription at any time directly from the Billing section in your Account settings. Cancellation is instant, self-service, and does not require contacting customer support, calling a phone number, or going through any retention process.

Cancellation during Trial: To avoid being charged the monthly subscription fee, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your trial period ends. If you cancel in time, no further charges will be applied, and you will retain access to premium features until the trial period ends.

Cancellation after Trial: If you cancel after your subscription has converted to a paid plan, you will retain access to all features for the remainder of your current billing period. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial billing periods.

Your Responsibility During Trial

The trial period is designed to give you ample time to explore and evaluate all features of our Service. It is your responsibility to:

  • Test all features relevant to your needs during the trial
  • Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends if you do not wish to continue
  • Keep track of your trial end date (shown in the Billing section of your Account settings)

Any dissatisfaction discovered after the trial has ended and the subscription has converted to a paid monthly plan will not be eligible for refunds. Please use the trial period to ensure the Service meets your needs.

Explicit Consent and Acknowledgment

By subscribing to any plan or starting a trial, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have read and understood these Subscription Terms, including the auto-renewal provisions
  • You consent to the automatic renewal of your subscription and the associated recurring charges unless you cancel before the renewal date
  • You consent to the immediate provision of the Service upon confirmation of your purchase
  • You understand that if you do not cancel during the trial period, your subscription will convert to a paid plan and you will be charged $49.99/month
  • You understand that subscription charges after the trial period are non-refundable
  • Your electronic acceptance of these terms constitutes a valid and binding agreement under the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act) and applicable state laws

Post-Purchase Confirmation

Upon completing your purchase, a confirmation will be sent to the email address associated with your Account. This confirmation will restate the subscription terms, including the plan type, pricing, billing cycle, auto-renewal terms, and instructions for cancellation. Please retain this confirmation for your records.

Auto-Renewal Compliance

In compliance with the California Automatic Renewal Law (Business and Professions Code Sections 17600-17606), the Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act (ROSCA), the Federal Trade Commission's regulations regarding negative option marketing, and all other applicable state auto-renewal laws (including those in New York, Oregon, Virginia, North Carolina, Illinois, Vermont, and the District of Columbia), the Company:

  • Clearly and conspicuously discloses all material terms of the subscription, including the auto-renewal terms and pricing, before collecting your billing information
  • Obtains your express informed consent before processing any charge
  • Provides a simple, self-service cancellation mechanism accessible through the Billing section in your Account settings, making cancellation as easy as signing up
  • Sends a post-purchase confirmation to your email restating the terms, pricing, and cancellation instructions

To the extent that any state law provides greater consumer protections regarding automatic renewals, those protections shall apply to residents of that state.

Changes to Subscription Fees

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may modify subscription fees at any time. You will be provided with reasonable notice of any pricing changes through the website, email, or other prominent communication before the changes take effect.

If you do not agree to the new fees, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect. Your continued subscription after the effective date of the pricing change constitutes your acceptance of the new fees.

Refunds

During the 7-day trial period, if you are unsatisfied with the Service, you may request a refund of the trial fee before the trial period ends. Once the trial converts to a paid subscription at $49.99/month, all subscription charges are non-refundable.

EU Consumer Rights

Notice for EU Citizens: If you are an EU customer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason and without incurring any costs.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision via email at support@pdf-awesome.com. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you. The reimbursement will be made without undue delay, and in any case, no later than 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

If you have provided prior express consent to begin the performance of the Service during the withdrawal period, and you acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal, you will not be eligible for a refund for digital content and will only be entitled to a proportional refund for digital services, unless the Service is defective.
